Ziel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Qualit\u00e4t und Tempo des Passspiels in einem gezielten technischen Aufw\u00e4rmen verbessern. Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Spielern f\u00f6rdern, die st\u00e4ndig in Bewegung sind. Die Spieler durch pr\u00e4zise Arbeit, hohe Konzentration und schnelle Entscheidungen k\u00f6rperlich und mental auf den Rest der Einheit vorbereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ablauf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Spieler passen und bewegen sich in einem Muster in Y-Form, mit Fokus auf Annahme, Kontrolle und schnellem Weiterspielen. Nach jedem Pass wechselt der Spieler in fester Reihenfolge auf die n\u00e4chste Position, damit das Muster im Fluss bleibt. Gespielt wird mit ein oder zwei Kontakten, mit Richtungswechsel nach rechts und links und st\u00e4ndiger Kommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  2. Etwa 12 Meter zwischen den H\u00fctchen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Kleine Gruppen an jeder Station<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 4 Durchg\u00e4nge \u00e0 2 Minuten<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. 45 Sekunden Pause zwischen den Durchg\u00e4ngen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Das Trainerteam verteilt die Rollen und steuert das Tempo<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
