Ziel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Leistung in Spielformen mit einfacher Organisation verbessern, mit Fokus auf schnellem Umschalten zwischen Abwehr und Angriff und besserer Abstimmung im Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ablauf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Spielform simuliert ein komplettes Spiel auf verkleinertem Feld und treibt so die Intensit\u00e4t nach oben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufbau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Zwei getrennte Felder<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Jedes Feld ist 32 Meter breit und 50 Meter lang<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Insgesamt vier Teams, zwei auf jedem Feld<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 4 Durchg\u00e4nge \u00e0 3 Minuten, mit 1,5 Minuten Pause zwischen den Durchg\u00e4ngen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Die Trainer verteilen sich auf die Felder, um in Echtzeit zu erkl\u00e4ren, anzufeuern und zu korrigieren<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
