Ziel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Im Rondo geht es darum, den Ball mit hohem Tempo, schnellem Denken und pr\u00e4zisen P\u00e4ssen laufen zu lassen. Nach f\u00fcnf P\u00e4ssen verschiebt sich der Fokus darauf, nach vorne zu denken, das Rondo schnell zu verlassen und die Angreifer zu unterst\u00fctzen. Der Start des Angriffs ist zuf\u00e4llig. Niemand wei\u00df, wer ihn anf\u00fchrt oder wohin der Ball geht, also m\u00fcssen die Spieler reagieren, den Raum scannen und in Echtzeit entscheiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ablauf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Rondo wird in einem Quadrat im Mittelfeld gespielt, f\u00fcnf Angreifer gegen zwei Verteidiger. Nach f\u00fcnf P\u00e4ssen in Folge verlassen zwei Angreifer mit dem Ball das Rondo und schlie\u00dfen sich dem St\u00fcrmer und den Fl\u00fcgelspielern an. So entstehen f\u00fcnf Angreifer gegen drei Verteidiger, die hinter der Abwehrlinie warten. Das angreifende Team muss eine Chance herausspielen und aufs Tor abschlie\u00dfen. Erobern die Verteidiger den Ball, endet die \u00dcbung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aufbau<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Ein Quadrat von 15 x 15 Metern nahe der Mittellinie markieren<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. 5 Angreifer spielen im Quadrat gegen 2 Verteidiger<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rund um den Strafraum 3 Verteidiger und Dummys aufstellen, die eine Innenverteidigerkette darstellen<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 3 Angreifer erg\u00e4nzen: einen St\u00fcrmer und zwei einr\u00fcckende Fl\u00fcgelspieler<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Ein Torh\u00fcter im Tor<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
