No es un problema de talento. Es un problema estructural. Un club con veinte equipos puede tener veinte buenos entrenadores haciendo veinte cosas distintas. El director deportivo no ve lo que se ense\u00f1a en realidad. No hay registro de lo que trabaj\u00f3 un jugador hace seis meses. No salta ninguna alerta cuando aparece una preocupaci\u00f3n por lesiones en varias categor\u00edas.<\/p>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ese vac\u00edo no es un fallo de los entrenadores. Es un fallo de infraestructura. Y, como sostiene el reportaje de FCBusiness, no se pueden desarrollar jugadores de forma sistem\u00e1tica sin la infraestructura que lo sostenga. Un entrenador termina un curso de licencia, y ese registro queda separado de su historial de destinos, que a su vez est\u00e1 separado de su trabajo con una selecci\u00f3n de categor\u00eda inferior. El conocimiento no circula. Las decisiones se toman sin contexto.<\/p>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EasyCoach se cre\u00f3 para cerrar ese vac\u00edo. La Federaci\u00f3n de F\u00fatbol de Kazajist\u00e1n usa los cuatro productos para federaciones de la plataforma con un \u00fanico contrato: National Teams, Coaches Education, Coaches Hub y Competition Management. Croacia, Israel y Fiyi empezaron con una parte y fueron ampliando. Ahora un director deportivo puede ver de verdad la imagen completa de c\u00f3mo desarrolla el f\u00fatbol su pa\u00eds.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color\" style=\"color:#111F3E\">Asistentes de IA integrados en los flujos de trabajo existentes<\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El reportaje de FCBusiness present\u00f3 cuatro Asistentes especializados, dise\u00f1ados en torno a las \u00e1reas en las que los clubes pierden tiempo y claridad: calendario, entrenamiento, comunicaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de la carga de trabajo. Esa direcci\u00f3n de producto no ha cambiado. La disponibilidad actual se ha precisado despu\u00e9s: Asistente Training est\u00e1 en beta; Asistente Schedule, Comms y Workload est\u00e1n previstos. Los Asistentes son complementos opcionales, y la disponibilidad y los requisitos var\u00edan seg\u00fan el Asistente y el plan.<\/p>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La conversaci\u00f3n del reportaje de FCBusiness volvi\u00f3 a un principio que importa m\u00e1s que la propia tecnolog\u00eda. La resistencia a las nuevas herramientas en los clubes no tiene que ver con la tecnolog\u00eda. Tiene que ver con la complejidad. La gente no se opone a las herramientas que le facilitan el trabajo. Se opone a las que a\u00f1aden pasos sin aportar valor.
