{"id":4756,"date":"2026-10-24T11:17:16","date_gmt":"2026-10-24T11:17:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.easycoach.club\/?p=4756"},"modified":"2026-10-24T11:17:16","modified_gmt":"2026-10-24T11:17:16","slug":"unit-work-defense-midfield-attack","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.easycoach.club\/es\/drills\/unit-work-defense-midfield-attack\/","title":{"rendered":"Trabajo por l\u00edneas: defensa, medio campo y ataque"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objetivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reforzar la coordinaci\u00f3n y los tiempos entre las l\u00edneas del equipo, profundizar en la comprensi\u00f3n t\u00e1ctica de la construcci\u00f3n del ataque y conectar lo que cada jugador sabe de su rol con la forma de jugar del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Desarrollo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ejercicio se divide en tres l\u00edneas (defensa, medio campo y ataque) y tres zonas del campo. El objetivo es una colocaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y correcta seg\u00fan el modelo de juego, ya sea construyendo un ataque organizado desde atr\u00e1s o pasando r\u00e1pido de un espacio peque\u00f1o a uno grande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La l\u00ednea defensiva trabaja la colocaci\u00f3n defensiva respecto al bal\u00f3n, mantener la l\u00ednea, la coordinaci\u00f3n entre centrales y laterales y moverse como un bloque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El medio campo trabaja los momentos de transici\u00f3n y la superioridad en el centro, conducir el bal\u00f3n hacia delante y finalizar a porter\u00eda tras una incorporaci\u00f3n bien medida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delanteros y extremos trabajan los desmarques a la espalda, el momento de entrar al \u00e1rea, centros de calidad desde la banda y distintas finalizaciones en el \u00e1rea<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list ecd-steps\">\n<li>Dividir el campo en 3 zonas: tercio defensivo, tercio medio y tercio ofensivo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 grupos por l\u00ednea: defensa, medio campo y ataque<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cada l\u00ednea trabaja los principios de su rol dentro de la estructura del equipo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El cuerpo t\u00e9cnico se reparte por l\u00edneas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consignas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list ecd-checks\">\n<li>Colocaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida tras un pase o un cambio de situaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distancias correctas dentro de la l\u00ednea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L\u00edneas de pase abiertas y apoyo constante alrededor del bal\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasar r\u00e1pido del juego en espacio reducido a abrirse en un espacio grande<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entender el rol individual en el sistema y c\u00f3mo se conecta con el modelo de juego<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un ejercicio de ataque dividido en tres l\u00edneas y tres zonas del campo.
