Mejorar el rendimiento en juegos reducidos con una organizaci\u00f3n sencilla, con el foco en las transiciones r\u00e1pidas entre defensa y ataque y una mejor coordinaci\u00f3n del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desarrollo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El juego simula un partido completo en un campo reducido, lo que eleva la intensidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organizaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Dos campos separados<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Cada campo mide 32 metros de ancho y 50 de largo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Cuatro equipos en total, dos en cada campo<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. 4 series de 3 minutos, con 1,5 minutos de descanso entre series<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Los entrenadores se reparten entre los campos para explicar, animar y corregir en tiempo real<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
