Objetivo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Practicar pases en diagonal de unos 20 metros con la fuerza adecuada, con una descarga a un toque al jugador que hace el movimiento. El foco est\u00e1 en el tiempo exacto entre el pase y el desmarque para recibir, la elecci\u00f3n del movimiento y la velocidad del cambio de direcci\u00f3n, junto con la calidad de ejecuci\u00f3n y las buenas decisiones en poco espacio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Desarrollo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Un jugador central se mueve sin bal\u00f3n para crear una l\u00ednea de pase, luego se mueve para recibir y hace una pared en poco espacio. El ejercicio se hace bal\u00f3n tras bal\u00f3n, as\u00ed que hay muchas repeticiones. Eso permite trabajar la precisi\u00f3n, el ritmo y la calidad de la acci\u00f3n.     • Calidad y fuerza del pase de 20 metros, seg\u00fan el receptor y la distancia<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Tiempo entre el pase y el movimiento. Demasiado pronto o demasiado tarde rompe el ritmo y la precisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Movimiento sin bal\u00f3n para crear una l\u00ednea de pase clara y abrir una l\u00ednea<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Una descarga a un toque en la direcci\u00f3n del ataque, con un buen primer toque<\/li>\n\n\n\n
