Aim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Improve the quality and tempo of passing in a focused technical warm-up. Build coordination and communication between players who are always on the move. Prepare the players physically and mentally for the rest of the session through accurate work, high concentration and quick decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it runs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Players pass and move through a Y-shaped pattern, with the focus on receiving, control and moving the ball on at high tempo. After each pass the player moves to the next position in a fixed order, so the pattern keeps flowing. Play with one or two touches, change direction to the right and to the left, and keep talking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
