Aim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Give players a high number of scoring chances, with the focus on being ready for the rebound. Players learn to spot the chance to shoot quickly and to react at once to rebounds for a second finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How it runs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Because of the pitch size and the setup, the player on the ball often has room to shoot. The player has to see it and act fast. The focus is on initiative, quick decisions and following the ball after the shot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Pitch size: 20 x 15 meters<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Play with goals and goalkeepers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add a neutral player (joker) to give the team on the ball a numerical advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Two equal teams, plus the joker<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
